Meet Dr. Heinrichs

I was born and raised in Saskatoon, SK where I completed my medical school training at the University of Saskatchewan. I then moved to Edmonton, AB for orthopaedic surgical residency training as well arthroplasty fellowship focused on hip and knee reconstruction at the University of Alberta. I completed my second fellowship in Halifax, NS at Dalhousie University in sports medicine, joint preservation and arthroscopic surgery.

Appointments:

Physician referral required

You will need referral from your family doctor (or another physician) to schedule an appointment. Referrals can be faxed to: 403-529-1782

Wait-time for appointment

Your physician will receive a confirmation of referral from our office, in which we will then reach out to book an appointment with you. I am currently booking approximately 3-6 months out from the initial referral date.

Day of your appointment

If you are a new patient, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete our patient-intake form. All my patients are booked for 15-20 minute blocks. Depending on the nature of your appointment, you may see me for a shorter amount of time (reviewing results, follow-up appointments) or longer (new consultation with complex etiology). 

Our office is located on the 3rd floor in the Chinook Place building. There is street parking as well as 1hr public parking available at the back of the building.
